i've been going to this place from my childhood days.. I had always luvd the food during my earlier days.. but unfortunately the quality has gone down.. also the service is not that gud now a days...I wud really like this place to be a lil renovated

Complaint
Guy named Arun in PAPA G refused to provide the order in very nearby place in Sec 68. The order was for Rs 150. He talked very rudely and it was pathetic customer service. I was a fan for PAPA G but such service is not at all acceptable.

insane food
You are lucky if there is zero waiting out side Saagar Ratna on week ends. Lucky to get a table for four. Great! Will have tasty Dosa, Sāmbhar and chutneys. Yummy
